As a sculptor I work mainly in stone realising a finished piece by the process of direct carving.
Most of my work to date explores a relationship between a personal spirituality, memory, both conscious and unconscious and a sense of place.
The inspiration and motivation behind each piece is to develop an understanding of the emotional and spiritual relationship between myself and the work through its development and as the finished piece.
