Visual Artist and Sculptor
People’s lifestyles, attitudes and absurdities within western society, and environmental issues are my greatest source of inspiration, transposing human/animal characteristics in to my sculptures. By needle-felting animal fibres, I create a cosy, tactile quality within the characters. It draws the viewer into a false sense of security to engage with serious or difficult subjects that are behind each piece.
I work to commissions and am available for workshops, demonstrations and talks.
